Chris Martin’s Son Moses Steps Into the Spotlight with Music Career

Chris Martin’s nepo babyson Moses is tracing in hisColdplaysinger dad’s footsteps by leading his own successful band.

Moses, who is also the son of a Hollywood actressGwyneth Paltrow, is a member of the alt-rock band People I’ve Met.

The celebrity offspring and his friends Andrew Suster and Orlando Wiltshire have recently been signed by Interscope Records, with the group releasing their debut single, Promise, under the label.

The song is quite different from the pop tunes that Coldplay are known for and showcases a more somber style.

Moses wrote on Instagram: ‘Promise by @peopleivemet is #out. Extremely proud of this track. Deeply thankful for the band and @noahconrad for contributing to making this song so unique.’

The record company also houses artists such asBillie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Elton John and Lady Gaga.

Moses’s group, People I’ve Met, debuted last year under the name Dancer, but the band quickly altered their title.

Moses’s voice bears a strong resemblance to his father’s, and he is certainly accustomed to being in the spotlight, having performed on stage with the seven-time Grammy-winning band Coldplay at Glastonbury in 2016.

The 19-year-oldhas also contributed vocals to several Coldplay songs and has penned tracks including All My Love, Orphans, and The Astronaut.

Meanwhile, Moses’s older sister Apple, 21, has also joined the music industry as she releasedA new music video following her debut was criticized last year as an “off-key drunken karaoke performance.”

The celebrity offspring tried to emulate the huge legacy of her father Chris as she begins her journey in the music industry.

Apple released the video for the single “Satellites” in partnership with the independent rock group Jade Street, which includes Eli Meyuhas and Zachary Zwelling, on Tuesday.

Gwyneth, aged 53, and Chris, who were married between 2003 and 2016, are the parents of Apple and her brother Moses.

Coldplay has won seven Grammy Awards and nine Brit Awards, and has sold over 160 million records globally. Additionally, her mother has also demonstrated musical talent, appearing in films such as Duets, Country Strong, and Infamous.

In an interview with The Mirror last year, Gwyneth mentioned that she believes Apple will eventually take a similar path in her career.

“She is pursuing a pre-law degree at college, but I believe she will follow in my footsteps,” she said.

But the reality is that with children, you need to allow them to discover their own direction and motivation, and strive not to impose your own perspective on them.

Apple has continually encountered allegations that she is merely benefiting from her parents’ influence following her recent collaboration with her mother Gwyneth on a campaign for GapStudio this year.

She subsequently secured another prestigious fashion assignment, this time modeling for her first photoshoot with the London-based brand Self-Portrait.

The model was photographed by renowned photographer Ryan McGinley on a farm in upstate New York, even though she had previously been criticized for leveraging her affluent background and network.

Dressed by Mel Ottenberg, Apple showcased items from the label’s newest ready-to-wear line, such as a white lace and satin long dress and a silver gradient sequined gown.

The standout, who is also enrolled at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, modeled for her initial collection following her announcement as an ambassador for the brand.

She mentioned, “Launching with a self-portrait was an obvious choice – their British essence brings back memories of growing up in London, making it feel like home right from the beginning.”
