Gordon Ramsay Tears Up Recalling Daughter Holly’s Journey Before Her Wedding Walk

Hell’s Kitchen star chef Gordon Ramsay’Holly Ramsay, the daughter of the individual, recently tied the knot with Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty at The Abbey Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul in Bath, England, on December 27, 2025.

The event was held at the historic Bath Abbey, attracting large crowds, photographers, and a lengthy list of famous attendees, such as members of the Beckham family and Dragons’ Den celebrity Sara Davies.

Gordon Ramsay celebrated the event on Instagram, contemplating the private moments between the father and daughter before the ceremony.

Gordon Ramsay Posted a series of photos on his Instagram showing himself and Holly holding hands in the car, dancing at the reception, and walking down the aisle, reminiscing about his 26-year-old daughter Holly’s wedding in December.

Emotional while recounting the moments before walking her down the aisle, Ramsay tagged his daughter, new son-in-law Adam, and wife Tana Ramsay in the caption he wrote:

One of the most thrilling car rides a father has ever experienced is heading to the church with your lovely daughter, engaging in amazing conversations, and helping her remain calm and at ease before our walk down the aisle ❤️ A memory I will never forget ❤️.

Holly replied in the comments, writing, “I adore you, dad xx.

Earlier this month, Holly mentionedBritish Voguethat her father had trouble controlling his emotions each time they discussed the wedding.

“Dad gets emotional every time I mention the wedding,She said, noting that she is the first of Ramsay’s six children to get married.

The two also exchanged a “first lookprior to the ceremony and then danced together at the reception.

Holly shared that their father-daughter dance carried significant importance due to a unique element:

My father-daughter dance was truly meaningful, as it brought back the memory of the last time dad saw this dress—when he danced with my mom at their wedding.

She also remembered that even minor logistical challenges could cause him to become emotional, adding,

A few days ago, I asked him which car he and I would use to go to the church, and he became emotional right away.

Notable figures such as David and Victoria Beckham, their children Romeo, Cruz, and Harper, alongside Dragons’ Den participant Sara Davies and chef Marcus Wareing, occupied the seats at the historic Bath Abbey.

Megan and Tilly Ramsay, the bridesmaids, were joined by Adam’s sister Bethany, while Tana Ramsay made a striking appearance in an emerald green dress.

Holly was dressed in a white, smooth cloak over her lace dress that had a long train, and the couple left together, holding arms, to the applause of fans and photographers.

Holly and Peaty’s relationship has lasted for many years. They revealed their engagement in September 2024, with Holly stating,

I’m marrying my best friend. I truly can’t express the feelings I’m experiencing right now.” Peaty posted his own message, saying, “I can’t believe you’re going to be my wife. I’m truly the luckiest man alive to have such a kind, thoughtful, and lovely woman by my side.
