On Sunday, January 11, the 55-year-old actress attended the high-profile gathering wearing a black long-sleeve dress designed by Christian Siriano, featuring metallic accents on the front and along the sleeves.
McCarthy added elegance with a long, slim ponytail that hung down her back along with dazzling accessories from Marco Bicego.
She strolled along the aisle with her spouseBen Falcone.
McCarthy recently hosted Saturday Night Live for the sixth timeOn December 6th. During her monologue, she was dressed in a black velvet jumpsuit with a long, wavy hairstyle.
In 2023, the actress appeared on ‘s World’s Most Beautiful Issueand mentioned that she attributes her comfort and confidence in her own skin to her husband.
“Because he is always very loving and gentle. And funny and the most unusual person I know, honestly,” she said at the time. “And during my 30s, I thought, ‘I’m fine with who I am.’ And if someone wasn’t happy about that, that’s fine as well. At some point I realized, ‘Not everyone is going to like you.’ You have to learn this the hard way, but it’s a positive [lesson].”
She mentioned that she also strives to encourage this feeling in others.
“When someone is expressing their true selfand it doesn’t harm anyone else in the world … the easiest rule is: Just show kindness,” she said. “No one needs to share the same thoughts. It’s fine to be curious and say, ‘I don’t understand what someone else is doing.’ “
I suppose, isn’t that what love really is? When you love someone, it adds more love to the world,” McCarthy said. “And that has never, ever been a negative thing.
McCarthy and Falcone have two teenage daughters, Vivian, who is 18, and Georgette, who is 16.
Assisting their daughters in managing social media has been a focus for the parents. “We monitor it. I believe it’s still something that needs to be closely observed,” she said in 2023. “I’m certain I don’t perform half as well as I should because I’m not very skilled at it.”

McCarthy has also shared details about her health and weight loss journey over the years.
During a May 2018 conversation with Power 105.1’sThe Breakfast Club, McCarthy spoke about losing “a significant” amount of weight. The actress mentioned that she lost pounds slowly, over a period of five years.
I believe everyone is always working on something,” she said. “And I thought, ‘If I can relax and take it at a slower pace and stop constantly trying to be involved in everything.’ And then it actually turned out better instead of saying, ‘I’m going to stop doing this and do that and only drink this.’
McCarthy said, “I was thinking, ‘I’m just going to relax, take a break.’ “
